Returns & Exchanges
I understand that buying online can bring challenges with what size you need to order. I want you to love what you bought, so I will take returns and exchanges for most orders if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.
If you want to return, contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number, and reason for return. I will provide a label and I will refund you as soon as I receive your order in the mail. But shipping cost will be taken out of your refund.
Exchanges are only allowed on full price items, clearance items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size, please make sure to let me know ahead of time via email at email@example.com and I will send you the address for the exchange. You will be in charge of shipping costs to mail it back to me.
I will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless they are damaged or the error was made on my end.

If you receive an damage or incorrect item, please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
